A little about us

Expense Reduction Analysts UK act as b2b management consultants to a range of organisations. We support you to win business, run projects and work together with fellow Franchise Partners to generate sustainable savings for businesses, schools and charities.

Over the last 20 years, we’ve built a powerful and unique network of expertise that collaborate to work on behalf of clients.

All new Franchise Partners are initially trained to be ‘Generalists’ so they can build a sustainable business by winning and managing their own clients and doing their own simple projects which are taught through training.

Many Franchise Partners eventually settle into a more specialised role, concentrating on winning new business, managing existing business – or a combination of the two – or specialising in delivering project work and reports.

These Project Specialists sometimes come from a supply side background or a particular industry, or they have developed specialist categories since joining ERA UK – relatively few Franchise Partners have actually had a ‘procurement’ job title.

Roughly equal numbers of our most successful Franchise Partners specialise either as Project Specialists, or as Business Development Managers, so a background in sales is also welcome.

Over the last twenty years in franchising, ERA UK has developed a network of circa 140 specialists. We have categorised our offering into 35 major Cost Groups, beneath which are 300 individual categories in which organisations spend money.

Our consultants are professional businessmen and women with executive skills that have gained experience during long careers in industry within their particular areas of expertise. Our project specialists have unrivalled knowledge and use their skill, judgment and experience to provide the kind of help and advice to organisations that result in process improvement and financial savings.

A typical engagement may begin with three or four smaller projects, or one large one, if a client has a particular need in one major area. By demonstrating our expertise we are able to open up new conversations with clients leading to ongoing relationships that can last ten years or more.
